Tom Lofton has law offices in Kirkland, Washington and Portland, Oregon. His primary areas of practice are wealth management/estate planning, taxation, asset protection and estate settlement. His undergraduate studies were at Occidental College and he received his juris doctorate from University of Oregon. He is currently licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon and the Federal District Courts in Oregon and Washington.
